干式溜光拋光機(jī)是一種表面研磨拋光處理設(shè)備，相較于其他研磨拋光機(jī)，其全程無(wú)水干式研磨，根據(jù)產(chǎn)品不同，可相應(yīng)做到鏡面效果。

它主要用于對(duì)各種金屬不銹鋼、鋅合金、鋁合金、鐵件料等材質(zhì)的工件進(jìn)行表面拋光處理。工作時(shí)不需要使用大量的液體研磨劑，通過(guò)干式的拋光磨料和高速旋轉(zhuǎn)的拋光工作桶等部件來(lái)打磨工件表面，從而讓工件獲得光滑的外觀。例如在五金零件加工中，可有效去除零件表面氧化層，提升零件的光潔度、平整度，亦可根據(jù)要求做到光亮鏡面效果。這種拋光機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)通常包含動(dòng)力裝置、PU膠拋光桶、研磨介質(zhì)等部分，操作方便，而且由于是干式作業(yè)，避免了液體研磨劑帶來(lái)的廢水處理等問(wèn)題。

 Dry polishing machine is a surface grinding and polishing equipment. Compared with other grinding and polishing machines, it is a dry grinding process without water throughout.
